Fee & Payments

Fees:

• $165 for 60 minute individual therapy session.
• $175 for a 60 minute couple/family therapy session.
• $50 cancellation fee with less than 24 hour notice or no show to appointment. 
• Payment is due at the time of the session.  All major credit cards, Cash, check, Venmo, and Paypal. 

Insurance:

• I am In-network and can accept the following health insurance plans:
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield:  www.bcbsnc.com *(all plans except Blue Value Plans)
  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield NC State Employees Health Plan (NCSHP) I am a Clear Pricing Project Provider
  • Cigna/Evernorth
  • Aetna. 
  • Duke Select Health Plan.  Please fill out insurance information in Client Referral Form in order for me to check benefits.
• I am out-of-network with other insurance companies but can provide a bill for client's to be reimbursed by their insurance company for out-of-network benefits.​​
• NOTE: Most insurance plans do not pay for couple's or counseling or marital therapy. 
• All insurance companies require a diagnosis for payment
